The English effect is happening !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Both UKIP and the BNP are debating changing their names on their respective web sites.
THIS IS A QUOTE FROM A BNP FORUM
"Controversy is not the purpose of this thread.
For several reasons I think the BNP should change the Party's name to the English National Partry.
Scots, Irish and Welsh quite rightly have their own Nationalist Parties which are acceptable, even to the Establishment. But these Nationals are also British. Whenever anyone mentions British Nationalism it is as though the Black Death has returned. I have no idea why Scots, Welsh or Irish Nationalism is ok but not 'British'. For much the same reasons I think we should have an English Parliament. The 'other' Brits can sit in our Parliament but not vice versa. It would not only ruff the collars of those politiciams who hate the English, it may also be attractive to voters. Also, in an English Parliament, 'British' people would not be able to sit in it."
===============================================
Looks like British is out and ENGLISH is in, both UKIP and BNP are now debating name changes !!!!!!!! _________________ Click for English Democrats Site

Have you finally flipped ED?
You want to see standoffs outside Oldham Crown Court between the English Nationalist Party bedecked in St George's Crosses and 'British Muslims'.
I'm very happy for the white nationalists and muslim extremists to continue to call themselves British. |

ED Is this a quote from somewhere?
Is the English Democrat Party considering an association with the BNP?
I wondered how long it would take for the BNP to try and jump onto the bandwagon of English Nationalism once it started to gather speed. A bunch of opportunists who seek to get their abhorrent rascist policies across by any means. They are not wanted. They are not true English Nationalists, they are racists and should return to their sewer. |

Hold on guys !!!!!
I think that UKIP and BNP debating removing/changing "UK" and "British" from their names reflects a mode swing in England from British to English Nationalism - this shows that WE are having an effect.
I'm only reporting what they are debating on their respective forums, if they did do such a thing then we have to know about it so that we can react accordingly.
Naturally I think personally that the mode swing from British to English is good and is putting pressure on these parties to reconsider their 'brands'
Up until recently UKIP and BNP have been the only parties that Nationalist voters can vote for - so hopefully there are some English Nationalists out there who will be switching over as the English Democrats profile increases.
English Independence Party and English National Party are already registered political parties, so there is not many name possibilities for UKIP or the BNP.
Probably find that they will end up with
"Independence Party"
and
"National Party"

The BNP becoming Engish would be a total imitigated disaster for our movement.
It would justify everything that has been said about it being an English party and would alienate the vast majority of English people who want an English Parliament. We have a tough enough job now dissaociating ourselves from the BNP and this would be the nail in the coffin of English nationalism. _________________ RBS - Robbed by Scots

We have one tenth the members of the BNP and no where near the electoral support.
Coming together could win us seats as i said. |

HAving anything to do with the BNP or any implied association with the BNP would be the worst possible thing for the English Democrats Party and English nationalism in general. What's the point in spending so much time and effort trying to disassociate English nationalism from racist British white nationalists if you then even contemplate some sort of tie-up with them for the sake of a few votes? Talk about selling your soul. _________________ English first, British second
